 Our 2nd annual Matthew W.
Acton Memorial Golf Outing will take place at Pleasant Valley
Golf Course on Saturday, September 6th 2008. We
will be hosting a shot gun start scramble. Cost is $60.00 per
person. Please have your 4-some ready when reserving your
spot. All proceeds from the event will go towards the
continuation of the scholarship fund established in
Matthew’s name through the Fairfield County Foundation.
Proximity prizes will be awarded, and
the outing will conclude with dinner provided by the
Rooster’s wagon.
A raffle of outstanding prizes will also
take place, as well as a 50/50 drawing. Hole-in-one prize
includes a car courtesy of Buckeye Honda!
A youth outing will also take place
to create and draw attention to instilling a love of golf in
future generations. This outing will take place at Pleasant
Valley on the same date at 8:00.
